Weekly Meditation Angelic Reiki & Sound Bath In this 60 minute meditation class, I combine Angelic Reiki and a Sound Bath experience for the participants. This class will include 20 minutes of Angelic Reiki Energy and 30 minutes of sound bath. Angelic Reiki is a pure energy healing modality that is connected to the Angelic Kingdom of Light. In this group we will open to the Kingdom of Divine Light and allow the healing in the highest good for all who participate. To join us text Beth at 843-505-8184 to have your seat held. Restorative Yoga with Sound
at MOVE Fitness Join Beth and Gloria Owens for this 2 hour gentle restorative yoga workshop. Gloria, MOVE Fitness yoga instructor, will guide you through gentle, floor based, yoga poses that allow the body to relax while enjoying the healing instruments of the bowls and chimes. The Bluffton Drum Circle is a community group organized by me to create a space for those who love to drum. We had several successful events in 2022. I hope to create monthly events for 2024.
